Good service and delicious burgers.

The burgers are delicious. The price / performance is right. We would love to come back.

Today we were there and we have to say, today the meal was really SUPER !! The burgers were perfect medium and arrived the first time as we ordered them, the fries were delicious, as were the salads. So a big thank you to the two chefs from today! The service was very friendly and everything arrived quickly without a long wait. We would love to come back!

Food great. Ambience leaves a little to be desired: quite charming in the front area, unfortunately more seats in the back area are more run-of-the-mill

so far best burgers in heidelberg, definitely better than joe molese or hans im glück... but it seems as they don't have any problems with occupancy and, as a result, the service could be faster and better :(. nevertheless, it's Germany, be thankful to have good burgers! service always sucks in other places too 😉

The food is very good. The food is freshly made and the price is very fair. A burger costs between 7-10 € depending on which one you take. The money is worth it

Doesn't work at all, we had nothing to laugh about. You can get a seat, but no drinks after 10 minutes and nothing else. Parked visibly inside in front of the kitchen after 15. Quite a few guests regretted their orders or took them back. Waiting period. Was around 7pm on Friday. Don't understand the evening menu card. Where are the cocktails? Should exist from 17uhe. There is nothing in the menu !!! Sorry, doesn't work at all. Greetings from C&I in Berlin

Unfortunately, the vegetarian burgers were anything but tasty. The burger patties were way too dry and the rest of the burger just felt like sauce ... We had really hoped for more! In addition, a relatively long waiting time and no particularly courteous service ...

Really very disappointing. Even though it wasn't full, we had to wait over an hour for the food. After asking several times, the meal came. My burger was a disaster and I could have gotten better in any fast food place, the fries were cold. Still 2 stars because one of the waiters came up to us and apologized and the other burgers were ok. Of course, there can be problems with new employees, but this should never affect the quality of the food

Burgers are okay but Service very slow. Waited over 30 minutes to order, then about 20 for the drinks to get there and getting the bill took ages as well. The staff was nice but things were not running smoothly. Okay food but probably won't go there again.

We were back yesterday after a long time and wanted to give the cow a second chance. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. The burgers are small and absolutely 0815. Neither taste nor creativity can convince here. The prices are more than steep for what is offered. Add a small side dish and you are quickly at 13 € just for the food, although it doesn't really fill you up. All in all, still not to be recommended.

Nice staff and different vegetarian and vegan options that we really enjoyed (burgers and condiments, the vegan mayo tastes just like the real thing) The onion rings are tasty but huge so maybe don’t order them for your kids

WATCH OUT!!! Waiting time of ~ 2 hours! There were three of us, only ordered burgers, fries & drinks, it took an extremely long time until they were delivered! Only the drinks came quickly. French fries were not even hot let alone warm, rather cold-room temperature. Cheeseburger tasted good, a hamburger was totally cold downstairs (you could taste cold ketchup). So we ruined the evening. Wanted to eat something "small" & continue to visit the beautiful city but then there was no longer enough time. All other customers also waited a long time & were annoyed by it. If we are back in Heidelberg we will definitely avoid this place! Even if we get hungry again (especially then). Kind regards

The waitress only came to us 15 minutes after being asked. When the food came after another 25 minutes, the food was already cold and the bread was dry as if it was from the day before. The fries were good, so two stars. Otherwise not recommended.

Burger patty was delicious and the staff was super super nice. Unfortunately, the bread was somehow old and no longer fresh. I ordered a lemonade. It was like a glass that contains 2-3 drops of flavor and then expired carbonated drink. My companion had ordered an iced tea and it tasted like ground TicTacs. After dinner we both felt kind of bad.

You wait 60 minutes for your mediocre burger. The iced tea and soda are tasteless. You can get the nacho in the supermarket much BETTER and cheaper. But the most outrageous thing is that when we wanted to pay 5 people came in without a mask screaming and nobody warned them. But when we pointed this out, only the answer came: "These are employees!" The cow that laughs should rather be called the cow that cries.

So after waiting 20 minutes for us to get a table, the time had come. After another 15 minutes we also got our menus. After 1 hour and 15 minutes our food came, for which it was definitely not worth it. When you politely asked the waiter how long you have to wait for the food, we got the answer: "Well, the food usually comes after an hour, your order should be yours soon." At max. 25 guests who sat outside, that's a bottomless insolence, the waiters can't help it, but if you as a boss hire incompetent cooks or too few cooks, you should leave it alone. Because you only annoy your customers and waste their time. Personally, as a chef, I would be ashamed if my customers had to wait so long for a few burgers because of me. Definitely not a recommendation from me, prefer to walk 100 meters and eat elsewhere.

actually ZERO stars - the restaurant should rather be called "crying cow" 1. We waited well over 1 hour for our meal (two burgers with fries) 2. only hunger drove in the tasteless hamburger patties 3. AND MUCH MORE IMPORTANT: The absolutely wrong place for food allergy sufferers, even if you get a different statement when entering the place. According to the restaurant management, who can only be contacted by phone - it is your own fault if you order the wrong one (labeling is missing on the menu) After a night of sleep because of severe stomach pain: NEVER AGAIN!

Superlecker!

You can sit outside in the sun and eat. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. The food was very tasty and was served quickly even though all seats were taken. There were four waitresses on site. We'll be back

Had to wait 30 minutes until we got a card, after 45 minutes we were allowed to order. When the food was there it was delicious. This establishment clearly needs more staff.

I went there with my friend and we almost waited for 25 min so the waiter come and give us the menu. it took them another 15 min to come and take our order for 2 beer and after another 15 minute the waiter came with the wrong order. so we left without having our simple glass of beer

Was better before. Sweet potato fries got extremely stuck together. Chef burger was dry and unfortunately with too much mustard. Do I remember everything better somehow? Service was subjectively overwhelmed, although apparently enough staff is available. We don't go to the cow that laughs that fast anymore ...

Waited for a table for almost 20 minutes, staff look at us and run away, time and time again, completely ignored by staff, in a polite manner we asked if we can get a table, the answer was a blunt “Nein”, on the ask why other get a table after us, Ms got really annoyed, we felt totally unwelcome, I don't understand on what basis were staff hired here? I don't know if the food would be good here, but we prefer not to eat with unfriendly people!

Burgers here are great, but the service is slow.

The waiters were completely useless, we had to ask for a menu, then we had to ask for a waiter to place our order, it took 45 minutes for our food to come wich the waiter had gotten wrong and the onion rings were raw. The toilets were nasty as well. Don't go there unless you want to watch a trainwreck.

The best burger you can get, i really enhoyed the service, the staff is friendly, and professional. The cook was really fantastic and talented. I really recommend it to the people who wanna have a juicy burger.

We went there and sat down at a table for at least 30 minutes after the 2 waiters working outside brought us the menu. We tried to get their attention to order and nobody came to our table. Customers who came after us got already their food. I went inside to complain and ask if we could order and take the food outside ourselves..the answer was no....we got up and left and went somewhere else where we were served within 5 minutes. Never again....

Service is incapable. They gave us the menu, but then made us wait for half an hour before we had to wave them down to order, only for them to inform us that the kitchen had closed.

Burgers were ok, nothing great. Fries were undercooked. Our bill was wrong and we were overcharged, this was partially solved by the waitress and we got some of our money back. Do not recommend. There are other better burger places in heidelberg.

Delicious burgers and fries

Weird service and unfriendly staff, but their burger is really good. After trying most of the burger places in Heidelberg I think they make the best burger.

Excellent food.

The burger was ok but nothing to write home about, and the fries were served cold. There is a Gluten Free bun option, but you must specify that you need the whole burger GF. the menu listed onions on the burger but they ended up being those little fried onions and not fresh.

One of the best burgers I ever had. Totally recommend this place. And the personnel was great.

I regret to say i was disgusted with this restraunt. My younger brother ordered a chicken burger. After 25 minutes waiting the waiter came over panicked asking "have ye not got your food yet?" When we replied no he ran to the chefs and must have told them to hurry or that they had forgotten about our orders. Less than 5 minutes later our meals were on our table. My younger brothers chicken was so undercooked. It was light pink. With red juices still oozing from it. He had already ate more than half when I realised and told him to stop. We told the waiter he looked so shocked and apologised. We told him to show it to the chef and bring us the bill. He did, I dont know what is standard practice in Germany when someone is served raw chicken but I would most certainly expect that we would not have had to pay full price for a meal that later made my brother extremely sick, however this restraunt did not even offer a discount on the meal. I am appalled and hope no other child will have to go through this. Wish I had taken a picture to show how bad it was.

Good steak

Food was really good. Nice place. Service was also good. They have fried yuka (manioc, cassava, tapioca). It was a bit drenched, but it was ok.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. 10/10. It has options for everybody, from vegans to gluten-free based diets to the old regular meat and all-eaters. The absolute best is the system for creating your own burger, specially for the picky people. The waiters and nice and the food is delicious. The price is also really fair and the portions are big. Students get discount and you don't pay if it's your birthday. The experience is definitely remarkable. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Very nice, can always recommend. Good for a snack and a drink after a long walk in the city. in summer you can sit outside, just make sure to bring warm clothes. Nice ambiente and friendly staff. The burgers are very tasty. They have a nice selection. Highly recommend the place. I always enjoy myself and feel welcome here. Keep up the good work.
